Strengthening the muscles of your wrist can help you grab and lift heavy things like cans and bottles.

Setup:

Put your arm flat on a table with a palm facing up.

Instructions:

  • Gently start rotating your wrist.
  • Step 2: Keep rotating
  • Any 1, still rotate
  • Step 3: in the middle, continue rotating.
  • Last Step, at the top. rest, and start rotating back.

Disclaimer:

You can do this exercise two to three times a week, but rest your hands for 48 hours in between sessions.
